whether they want to pay a certain amount for a network or pay more for a broader network. >> the president guaranteed me i could keep my -- >> and if you want to, you could pay for. >> just when you thought the disease couldn't get any worse and a number of disturbing reports in the papers today. "the new york times," quote, on health exchanges, premiums may be low but other costs could be high. high deductibles worry sticker shock. and health plans will exclude top hospitals. just when you thought the news couldn't get worse. it, in fact, has. this is one in day we are getting all of this. >> the monday edition of facts for stubborn liberals, the first one being the harvard study, i think it came out thursday or friday saying for 18-25-year-olds, 60% said they

are very unlikely to sign up for obama care and there is a problem. buried in the law, you go through deductibles -- by the first time we mentioned deductibles was on october 21st that was talk about soaring deductibles and now on the front page of the new york times and the wall street jurj. watch "the five." and in the law. if you are a 21-year-old making $30,000 and a 61-year-old making $30,000 a year, with the subsidies, the 21-year-old will pay $1635 a year premium, not deduct ill, $1635 and the 61-year-old will pay $867. is there a reason the 21-year-old pays almost two and a half times what the 61-year-old pays? it will drive young people away from obama care. they will not do it. >> they will run screaming like from a burning building, greg. how come you didn't have that

line written down. >> when we were told the old plans were worse. the new plans are worse than the old plans. this is surprising to obama that this is so bad. but everything government touches becomes 10% as as before. it is a confidence removal machine. obama care is the taco bell of democracy. >> why are you talking about taco bell. >> you are stuck in one place for white a -- a while. >> no one can get into the bathroom around here. and dana, how do they clean up this message? if you are jay carney, are you crying with your blankie in the corner begging for your mom to help you. >> well here with go with another week of these type of problems. but the communications problems are deeper, i think they are policy problems.

but he is honest, but four years late. if he had said that -- mic, i'm sorry, that is my mic. emanuel and the president, if he had said that during the campaign and honest about the decision, given all of that, understanding it all, we still think it is worth it, that would have been a better way -- then you don't have to clean up a communication problem. what he said, though, is americans are expected to read the fine print. you know when you ged your credit card -- you get your credit card bill and there is the fine print and nobody reads it, it all goes in the trash can. apparently he thinks americans should have read all of that, even though many people on the hill didn't even brother to read the bill before they -- both to read the bill before they passed it. this is exacerbated by the fact they have a fundmental policy

problem that they cannot improve until they do something drastic. >> and the communication problem is due to their incompetence. >> i believe with everything you said with the exception with one thin thing, ezekiel manuel is covering up for dishonesty, you can't keep your doctor period, you can't keep your plan, period, there will be insurance bailouts, period. and emanuel was coming back saying, he didn't mean to say that, he meant to say you can keep it if you pay more. and he was up for re-election at the time. >> i highly doubt that. that they voted on him because of the health plans. but let me make a couple of points if i could. the 18-25-year-olds, 60% said they won't sign up. they don't have to because they

of george bush's two terms. >> no response to that. >> i don't think any particular president can be blamed for health care costs rising. that is a complicated mixed of improved technology and legal issues, the insurance piece of it. i can't hear you? i don't know. any way, i will pass since i can't talk well into the microphone. >> i don't disagree with you. the president isn't responsible for that, the insurance companies do, they have been gouging for that for years. why they give insurance companies so much, i don't know. >> you say they gouge. the profits are so slim. and emanuel said more choice is expensive, he's not offering more choice, he is eliminating the choice of americans to -- why are people talking to me? >> i don't know. >> i don't know what is going on. >> nobody is talking to me.

sieged by a group of taliban. and he said he couldn't get to his friend to save him from the position he was in. it is a heroing tale and you can't send our military out there to die, to get slaughtered, when they are trying to fight for us. let them do what they do. >> on the other hand, these were unarmed goat herders they were there. they talked about whether they needed to kill them or not. and i still thinks the possibility would exist they tipped off their location. >> well, look what happened. >> well the question is should you turn to unarmed goat herders and gun them. >> when you are giving someone a job to do -- it is not like going to sell avon door-to-door. >> they debated among themselves and they decided not to do that and they made the right choice. >> and there was another choice, they could have zip tied them and left them there but they felt that was -- >> inappropriate. >> -- it could have been

construed as inappropriate. so they go up against 30 taliban soldiers. he put his gun down after he saw three of his four people in his unit there getting shot literally to death and he decided he -- it was just the moment. but the real story is he fought the whole time. he fought 30 fires back and for forth. a sale fighting until -- a sooel -- a seal fighting until the end. but it was misleading. the story was marcus lutrell being a hero and fighting his way out and he was told he was on a mission to kill taliban that was killing american soldiers. that is the real story. >> and let me ask -- you can comment on any part of this. i want to get your take on mld making movies on terror.

and the sideline reporter asked him three times and he just finally walked away -- i'm done with this. >> normally in this jurisdiction, a rape case is immediately dealt with. this has gone on for a year before the state's attorney, i guess, decided they wouldn't press charges against this guy and also we know that one of the police officers went to her lawyer and said, this is football territory, you better not want to get the state pushed too far. is the state involved in this? >> i read what was available. it does apoor there was suspicious activity afterward but he gets cleared just fine. but if you can't stand the heat, don't do the interview. he wants the glory now. he wants to get the heisman and the great contract with an nfl team when he's finished. his lawyer writes on twitter
